Terms of Sale
These terms govern purchases, subscriptions, billing, and refunds for TeleGrowth products and services.
General Provisions
These Terms of Sale ("Terms") apply to all purchases of subscriptions, credits, and services offered by TeleGrowth ("Company") through the platform at telegrowth.io and app.telegrowth.io. By placing an order, you accept these Terms in full.
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Subscription Plans
TeleGrowth offers three subscription tiers: Free, Growth, and Pro. Each plan provides access to specific tools within the TeleSuite as described on our pricing page.
Plan features and pricing are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be informed of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
Pricing and Billing
Prices are displayed in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the billing cycle you select at checkout.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and receive a 30% discount compared to the monthly rate. We accept payment via credit/debit card (processed by Stripe) and TeleGrowth account balance.
TeleGrowth Balance
You may add funds to your TeleGrowth balance ("Balance") at any time. The minimum top-up amount is $5.00. Balance credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may only be used for TeleGrowth services.
When your Balance covers the cost of a subscription, payment will be deducted from your Balance directly. If the Balance is insufficient, you will be directed to complete payment via Stripe.
Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. When upgrading, you will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your current plan features until the downgrade takes effect.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase for new subscriptions, provided you have not extensively used the Service during this period. After the 14-day window, subscriptions are non-refundable.
TeleBoost Credits
TeleBoost credits are allocated monthly according to your plan and do not roll over to the following month. Unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Late or Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will make reasonable attempts to retry the charge. If payment remains unsuccessful after multiple attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free plan and access to paid features will be suspended.
We will notify you by email before any suspension takes effect, providing an opportunity to update your payment method.
Intellectual Property
All software, content, and materials provided as part of the Service remain the exclusive property of TeleGrowth. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license to use the Service during your subscription.
Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you during the three months preceding the claim.
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
