• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service

TeleGrowth offers a suite of tools under the TeleSuite™ brand, including TeleData™, TeleBroadcast™, TeleShop™, TeleTrack™, TeleBoost™, TeleExtract™, TeleReviews™, and TeleAssistant™. Access to individual tools is determined by your subscription plan, as described on our pricing page.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time. Where reasonably practicable, we will provide active subscribers with advance notice of material changes.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — are the exclusive property of TeleGrowth or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

The TeleGrowth name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of TeleGrowth. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us this license, and that your User Content does not violate any third-party intellectual property rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeleGrowth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
